
Zhang Ji, male, born in 1963, is a member of the 20th Central Commission for Discipline Inspection of the Communist Party of China. He currently serves as Head of the Discipline Inspection and Supervision Team Accredited to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Central Commission for Discipline Inspection and the National Commission of Supervision, and is a Member of the Party Committee of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
He previously held the positions of Assistant Minister of Commerce, Member of the Party Leadership Group, and Director-General of the Department of Foreign Trade, as well as Deputy Director of the National Office of Mechanical and Electrical Products. He also served as Head of the Discipline Inspection Group Accredited to the Office of the Central Foreign Affairs Commission, and later as Head of the Discipline Inspection and Supervision Team Accredited to the Office of the Central Foreign Affairs Commission.
He graduated in 1984 with a bachelor's degree in Mechanical Industry Management Engineering from the Department of Industrial Management Engineering of Wuhan Institute of Technology (now Wuhan University of Technology).
